Biography

George was born on 17 October 1838 and was baptised on 29 october 1838 at Glenmuick House, Aberdeenshire. He was the son of John Paterson and Mary Catanach[1].


In 1841, he was living with his parents in Tullich, Glenmuick, Scotland.[2]

In 1851, he was living with his parents in Tullich, Glenmuick, Scotland. He was a scholar.[3]
