Biography

John is found living with Ammon and Sally Patrick in 1850, which doesn't list familial connections. They are farming together, though, and share the name and the correct generational distance-they are likely an uncle and aunt.

Disprove evidence: John states his parents are both from Pennsylvania in later census. This sort of data is often mistaken, though, so this may mean little.

Prove evidence:

There's an issue with the John Patricks buried in the Norwalk Cemetery. John's headstone with with his wife, Mary Ferrier. Burial records show John Patricks married to two different women all dying on Sept 15, 1901, one to Aletha Wilson Patrick and one to Sarah May Patrick.[1]

John's LIfe

John was a farmer. He was farming in 1850 with his father, and later with real estate worth $10,000 and personal property worth $3100 in 1870.
