Biography
Russell was born in 1905, son of Charles Patrick and Electa Tyndall. He was married to Charlotte P. McClelland and they had six children, two of whom were: Isabel Jeanette (Watson) (1929-2007), & Robert Gordon (1937-1938). He passed away in 1967.
