Jesse and Catharine both died in about 1845 Timothy M Patrick had gone to Rankin County for Jesse and the children and Jesse died ( near Gum Springs in Scott County, Mississippi, USA ) before arriving at the Patrick Plantation near Ringgold, Scott County, Mississippi, USA. Their will was probated in Rankin County, Mississippi, USA by the Chancery Court session of 1846. Catharine's name was established by a deed to Andrew McBride in Rankin County Chancery Clerk records on January 1,1841
