He died 1 Nov 1827 in Floyd County, Kentucky, United States. [1] Note: This area of Floyd County became Magoffin County in 1860.

William Patrick Sr. is buried in the Meredith Patrick Cemetery, Magoffin County, Kentucky, United States. [1]
