Biography
When Sarah C Patrick was born in 1822 in South Carolina, her father, Gabriel, was 28, and her mother, Jane, was 27. She married widower John Brown sometime between 1850 and 1854. Their known children - all born in Alabama - were:
- Gabriel (1855-1927)
- John A (1856)
- James (1858)
- Thomas Buchanan (1859)
- John Calhoun (1862)
- Caledonia Caroline (1864)
John died between 1870 & 1880, probably in Alabama and Sarah died after 1880, also probably in Alabama.[1]
