George W. Patterson was born in Dec 1829 in Alabama or Florida.
He married Margarett McIntosh and had the following known children:
Daniel Patterson
Mary Rebecca "Becky" Patterson b.26 Jan 1866 (twin of Sallie)
Sara Lenora "Sallie" Patterson b.26 Jan 1866 in Barbour County, Alabama (twin of Becky)

In October of 1893 he fell from the top of a fodder stack and was hurt painfully requiring treatment by Dr. McNair of River Falls.[2]
George died sometime before 20 Sep 1914, the date his wife Margarett passed, he having predeceased her.
