Biography

Darryl attended secondary schools in Clinton, Pleasant Plains and Osceola Arkansas.

Received his BS degree at University of Central Arkansas 1983 MA Public Administration at UALR 1986

Professional employment as a Human Resource Director for multiple companies.

President/CEO of Community Service, Inc (Morrilton Ar), Youth Bridge Inc. (Fayetteville Ar) which served thousands of at-risk children and families in 20 counties in Arkansas.

Served as President of Arkansas Youth Service Association for multiple terms.

Proudest accomplishment was playing a key leadership role in drafting the Arkansas Juvenile Justice Reform Act which significantly reduced youth incarceration statewide.
