Marta Marvel Williams
WILLIAMS, Marta Marvel – Age 63 of Roseburg, passed away December 15, 1997 at her residence. She was born July 4, 1934 in Roseburg to parents Lucius and Bertha (Thomason) Patterson. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Wayne Williams. Marta had been a cook and many will remember her when she worked at Mom's Place. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include sisters, Nonda Green of Roseburg and Nesta Beecroft of Coos Bay, Aunt Lucille of Roseburg, two nieces, six great-nieces, one great-nephew and many friends. No public service will be held. TAYLOR'S FAMILY MORTUARY in Winston is in charge of arrangements.
