Biography

George Pattinson age 8 arrived at Hobsons Bay on the OCEAN CHIEF in November 1859 with his mother Sarah, Thomas age 6, and Francis age 10.^[1]

George Pattinson died at Moama New South Wales 1912, mother Sarah, father Thomas.^[2]

Obituary.—Tlie death occurred at his daughter's residence, Perricoota-road, Moama, on Monday of Mr. George Pattinson, a former Bendigo resident, at tha age of 62 years. The deceased gentleman arrived in the district some 12 months ago to take up farming. He had been in failing health for a number of years. He leaves a widow and adult family of three sons and one daughter. The funeral in to take place this afternoon to the Moama cemetery.
