= Martha Patton was born on September 11, 1780. She married Samuel Maxwell Together they had 1 child:

  1. Amos Maxwell

She died on June 15, 1848 BURIAL Samuel Maxwell Cemetery Baxter, Putnam County, Tennessee, USA

Martha was born 11 Sep 1780 in Montgomery, Virginia, she married Samuel Maxwell 30 Jan 1802 in Montgomery and they started their family there. Later they moved to Tennessee and settled in an area that would become Baxter, Putnam County, Tennessee. Samuel in his later years donated land for a family/community cemetery when he passed away 22 May 1848 he was the first person to be buried in the cemetery. Martha was soon to be the second person buried there when she died on 15 June 1848.
