James Trice Patton, son of McClung Patton and Eliza A. (Trice) Patton, was born on 20 July 1826 in Augusta County, Virginia.[1][2]
He married Agnes M. Barclay, daughter of Alexander and Mary Barclay, on 28 April 1859 at Rockbridge, Virginia.[3][1][2]
James died on12/13 May 1891 and was buried at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexington, Virginia also called Oak Grove Cemetery, Lexington, Lexington City, Virginia.[1] His memorial has a photo of his memorial monument and links to those of family members.[2]
