Biography
May Paul was born on 16 September 1768 and was baptised on 21 September 1768 in Dailly, Ayrshire, Scotland. Her parents were John Paul ( - 1799) and Margaret (Neilson) Paul (1736 - 1814)[1].
Her brother was Hamilton Paul (1772 - 1854).
May married David Johnston (1761 - 1799) on 29 February 1788 at Dailly, Ayrshire, Scotland[2].
Their daughter was Margaret (Johnston) Aird (1788 - 1860).
May died on 26 Jan 1859 in Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland, United Kingdom aged 90.
