Daughters Rhoda & Mary Payne each one shilling. Wife to have use of all moveable estate; at her death or remarriage, the estate to be sold & the money divided between John & Charles Payne & the children of my last marriage. William Currett & John Payne, Executors. A piece of land in Wilkes Co NC to be sold & divided. Signed: John (x) Payne. Wit: Moses Ayers, Charles Payne, Gabriel Richards. Will exhibited by William Durret & Elizabeth Payne who objected to receiving any benefits or dower from the will. Moses Ayers & Gabriel Richards, Security.
