Richard was born in 1776. He died in 1858 at the age of 82.
Parents: Robert Burton Payne I and Margaret Sydneham (Morton) Payne.
Spouse: Judith (Anderson) Payne 1773 - 1862. They were married 1/12/1795 in Fluvanna, Virginia by Rev. William Baskett. Per Virginia Certificates of Marriages, 1781 - 1849. Page 20. Findagrave #69258608
