Garnet Stanley Paynter was born on 27 October 1898 in Dimboola, Victoria, Australia, son of Mary Ann (Bell) Paynter and Thomas Daniel Paynter.[1]
He was married to Virginia Battilana in 1926 in Western Australia.[2]
Garnet died on 13 August 1992, aged 93 years.
