Note NI299Obituary - Frederick Post - 11 January 1939
- Ernest Peacher, aged 36 years, son of the late Mrs. Peacher and William Peacher, formerly of Bolivar, died in St. Agnes hospital, Baltimore, on January 4, after being a patient there since December 10 when he was struck by an automobile, and suffered a fracture of one leg and other serious injuries. He was thought to be recovering, but bronchial pneumonia developed, which resulted in his death. He is survived by his widow and a daughter, his father, two brothers and two sisters, all of Washington. The Peacher family are natives of Jefferson county, having spent a number of years in and near Bolivar. The funeral was held on Saturday afternoon, from the Methodist Episcopal church, Bolivar, with Rev. C. B. Smith officiating. Interment in the Lutheran cemetery .
