On the 18th April 1916, Olive married Reginald Johnson, then in the British Army, in Chelsea (London).[7]

Olive Peake (who sometimes used her maiden name professionally) and Reginald Johnson were entertainers in music halls: she, an accompanist on piano, and he, a baritone.[8]

News extract from The Era, 19 November 1924:

Concert Artists at Home.
There was interest or amusement in every minute of the long programme at the Concert Artists’ Association’s “At Home” at the St. George’s Hall on Sunday. Even the chairman, Dr. Hugh Phillips, J.P., a very valued member of the honorary medical staff, made a welcome departure from precedent and devoted the main part of his speech to the recital of some amusing anecdotes.
One of the most interest items on the muscial portion of the programme was the appearance of “The Londoners,” a concert party which has been winning many laurels of late, both in town and at the seaside. The party comprises that accomplished soprano, Miss Josephine Lamb, the captial comedienne, Miss Iris Jay; an excellent violinist, Miss Marjorie Bose; the stalwart baritone, Mr. Reginald Johnson; and that resourceful humorist, Mr. Charles Harris; whilst Miss Olive Peak officiates as accompanist.[9]

News extract from The Stage, 24 January 1935:

Reginald Johnson arranged the musical programme for the Warrant Officers Chapter Meeting at the Holborn Restaurant on January 14, and the following artists appeared: Teresa Watson, Reginald Johnson, Fred Lewis, and Mrs. R. Johnson, accompanist.[10]

Olive Johnson née Peake died at Taunton, Somerset, on the 11th August 1979, aged ninety-four years.[11][12]
