Although there is not sufficient evidence to mark these relationships "Confirmed by DNA", there is evidence pointing to a likely familial relationship. Via Ancestry DNA, Jacob Pease and Ancestry user SusanSkinner55 are listed as 4th - 6th cousins. Both highlight a most recent common Pease ancestor of Zadok, Jacob through James William Pease and Susan through Alonzo Pease.
One complication in verifying this relationship is that Jeremy Edwards has also taken a DNA test, and also references descending from Zadok Pease through Alonzo Pease, however Gedmatch Genesis called out that there were "no shared DNA segments found" between Jeremy and Jacob.
