Hope Enid Peasley was born to Emerson Peasley and Emma Messinger in 1882.^[1]

Hope lost her mother prior to 1900 and went to live with her maternal grandparents.

In 1903, she married George Randall Fox.^[2][3] Hope and George divorced in 1931.^[4]
