This Census return looks promising In the 1871 census Isabella (age 40) was the wife of John Irving at 12 Ronald St, Glasgow Barony, Lanarkshire.^[1] In the household are Margaret Frater age 17 and Mary Frater age 13 recorded as step daughters of John Irving. Isabella is their mother as well as William Irving age 7 and Helen Irving age 2 children of John and Isabella together.

I've changed the date of birth of Isabella from 1840 to 1830 based on this census.
