Enos was born 15 Aug 1790 in New Haven, Vermont. He was the son of Enos Peck.[1]
He moved from Vermont to the town of Pompey in Onondaga County, New York in the late 1790s.
Enos Peck and his wife Annis are subjects of a biographical sketch in W.W. Clayton's History of Onondaga County, New York.[2]
Enos served one month in the War of 1812.[3][4] [2]
He was one of the founders of the Presbyterian Church in Camillus. [4][2]
In 1811, at the age of 21, he began farming, taking his father's farm on shares for five years.[2] chased 96 acres.[2] He continued to purchase land, so that he had 420 acres.
On 15 Dec 1815 Enos Peck Junior of the town of Camillus, Onondaga County, New York sold 40 acres in lot 41 in the town of Camillus to Isaac Peck for $400.[5]
Enos Peck married Annis Hopkins when he was age 25. She was the daughter of Nathan Hopkins.[2][4]
Soon after his marriage, he moved to the town of Camillus where he pur On 19 Oct 1818 Enos Peck Jr purchased 125 acres in lot 54 in the town of Camillus adjacent to the land owned by heirs of Philander Fobes.[6]
On 22 Oct 1818 Jonas C Baldwin and Betsey his wife of the town of Lysander, Onondaga County, New York sold 64 acres in lot 54 in the town of Camillus to Enos Peck Junior of the town of Camillus for $449.25.[7]
On 7 Jun 1819 Enos Peck Junior and Annis his wife of the town of Camillus, Onondaga County, New York sold 25 acres in lot 54 in the town of Camillus to Daniel M Duker (??) for $518. [8]
On 7 Jun 1819 Enos Peck and Annis his wife of the town of Camillus, Onondaga County, New York sold 18 acres in lot 54 in the town of Camillus to John Sears for $105.[9]
The 1825 assessment list for the town of Camillus included Enos Peck Jr, lot 54, 140 acres.[10]
On 28 May 1830 Alfred Stevens and Katherine his wife of the town of Camillus, Onondaga County, New York sold 150 acres in lot 54 in the town of Camillus to Enos Peck also of Camillus for $5000.[11]
On 10 Apr 1833 Miles Seymour and Elizabeth his wife of the town of Camillus, Onondaga County, New York sold 3 acres in lot 54 in the town of Camillus to Enos Peck also of Camillus for $40.[12] The land was adjacent to both Seymour and Peck.
On 15 Apr 1833 Enos Peck and Annis his wife of the town of Camillus, Onondaga County, New York sold 3 acres in lot 54 in the town of Camillus, reserving land for the school house, to Hamlet Meigs for $130.[13]
On 9 Apr 1835 Hamlet Meigs and Sally his wife of the town of Camillus, Onondaga County, New York sold 3 acres, reserving the school house, in lot 54 in the town of Camillus to Enos Peck Junior also of Camillus for $400.[14]
On 1 Mar 1844 Enos Peck and Annis his wife of the town of Camillus, Onondaga County, New York sold 150 acres in lot 54 in the town of Camillus to Isaac M Peck for $3000.[15]
In 1850 he was living in Camillus, Onondaga, New York. [16] The household included Enos Peck age 60 born in Vermont, Anice Peck age 56 born in New York, Edwin Peck age 24 born in New York, Sarah Peck age 21 born in New York, and Barney age 19 born in Ireland. Enos and Edwin were farmers. Aaron Peck lived next door.
In 1855 he was living in E.D. 2, Camillus, Onondaga, New York.[17] The household included Enos Peck age 65, wife Annice Peck age 60, son Edwin Peck age 29, daughter-in-law Ann Peck age 29, son William Peck age 5, servant James Early age 16, and servant Ann Berrigan age 14. Enos and Edwin were both farmers. Enos reported his birthplace as Connecticut, Annis as Washington County, New York, Edwin as Onondaga County, Ann as Saratoga County, William as Onondaga County, and James and Ann Berrigan as Ireland.
In 1870 he was living in Camillus, Onondaga, New York.[18] The household included Enis Peck age 79 born in Vermont, Anice Peck age 76 born in New York and Nancy Cox age 18 born in New York. Enos was a retired farmer. Sons Isaac, Aaron and Edwin lived nearby.
In 1875 he was living in Camillus, Onondaga, New York.[19] The household included Aaron Peck age 58, wife Caroline Peck age 49, son Charles Peck age 17, father Enous Peck age 84 and father Samuel Austin age 83. Aaron was a farmer. Enos was a retired farmer. Samuel was retired. Aaron and Charles were born in Onondaga County, Caroline was born in Rensselaer County, Enos was born in Vermont, and Samuel was born in Connecticut. Edwin and Isaac Peck lived nearby.
He was widowed when he died 28 Nov 1879 in Camillus.[20]
He is buried in Warners Village Cemetery, Warners, Onondaga County, New York.[21]

Land could be Enos or his son Enos. His son bought land immediately following in deed book. On 3 Dec 1825 Philander Fobes and Nancy his wife of Albany sold one fourth part of 300 acres on the east half of lot 54 in the town of Camillus to Enos Peck of the town of Camillus for $862.50[23] The land was willed by Stephen Warner late of Covington, Hampshire, Massachusetts to Betsy Baldwin, Lois Frisby and Rosamond White his daughters each one fourth part and the remaining fourth part among Aurelia Fobes, Selena Fobes, Cordelia Fobes and Philena Fobes, lawful heirs of Stephen Warner.
His wife was born in 1794 in Salem, Washington County, Vermont. She moved with her parents to Camillus. She died 24 Jun 1873.[2]
Son Aaron died in Jul 1879 when he was thrown from a wagon. He appears next to his father on the mortality schedule for Camillus.
Looks like sons Aaron and Isaac sold land to the railroad in the mid 1850s. They lived near the location of the New York Central Rr just east of Warners.
