Thomas Wheeler Peck was born 9 Sept 1779 at Newtown, Fairfield County, Connecticut, United States,^[1] died there 1 Sept 1870,^[2] son of Liverus Peck and Anne Wheeler;

he married 1st, in May 1840 at New Haven Connecticut,^[3] Sarah Ann ("Sally") Tousey, b. abt 1808 at Newtown, Fairfield County, Conn., died there 21 Jun 1821 (age 37), dtr of Abel Tousey (1756–1825) and Esther (Glover) Tousey (1760–1804);

he married 2nd. Theodocia Coe, b. abt 1788, d. 18 Feb 1846 age 58, datr. of Denman Coe (1759–1826) and Mary (Northrop) Coe (1762–1841).
