Biography
Frank was the eldest of three children born to James Riley Peckham and Anna Matilda Corning Peckham.
Frank married Frances in 1894 and they had four children: Howard Louis born in 1897 and Oliver born in 1899; Mildred born in 1905; and Mary born in 1910.
Frank ran a successful truck farm growing a variety of vegetables and flowers which he then sold in local markets in New London.
Frank died in Norwich, CT. in 1967. He is buried in the Hamilton Avenue Cemetery, Norwich, New London County, Connecticut with his wife Frances.
