Baroline was born on 20 Jan 1829 at Holthe to Peder Olaus Johannesen and his wife Ane Marthe Nilsdatter in Skogn and was baptized at Alstadhaug on 15 Mar 1829.[1] Throughout her life she was sometimes referred to as Baroline Pedersdatter, Baroline P Olausdatter, and Baroline Peder Olausdatter. She was confirmed at Alstadhaud on 29 Sep 1844.[2] In 1845, she was living at Holthe with her parents and siblings.[3][4]
Baroline was married at Alstadhaug to Benjamin Henriksen Jøraas on 17 Oct 1850.[5] They had 11 children. In 1865, the family was living at Jøraas.[6] Baroline died at Jøraas on 15 Apr 1874 and was buried on 24 Apr 1874.[7]
