Note N82Gulbrand Pedersen, Randi Benedict's great-grandfather, appears in the record of "Folketelling 1910 for 0532 Jevnaker herred"- the 1910 Norway census for a district in the town of Jevnaker. Along with his birthday and family, the record gives his occupation as "arbeider ved papirfabrik leier litt jord." Randi says this roughly translates as "works at paper factory, rents a little land." Could also mean "a little farm.".
