Jon was born about 1613 at Trevland on Fogn, and was the son of Peder Larsson Trevland.[1]
He leased Tveita in Jelsa about 1652, and served as lagrettemann for the first time in 1653.[1] In 1672, he purchased Tveita for 226 riksdaler.[1]
He was married to Marit Steinsdotter Jelsa.[1] Their children were:
Jon died in 1697.[1]
He was buried 25 Jul 1697.[2]
