Biography
Theodorus (Dirk) Peek was baptised on 23 January 1746 by the Roman Catholic church of Walsteeg (later Mariaplaats) in Utrecht, Utrecht, Netherlands. He was the son of Johannes Gerrits Peek and Elisabeth Dirksd van der Kroon.[1]
He married [[Ruijs-22|Maria Ruijs] in Utrecht, Utrecht on 24 Jan 1778, when he was 32 years old and she was about 36.[2]
They five children together in 14 years.
Dirk died in March 1810 and was burried on 23 March 1810 in Utrecht, at the age of 64. Dirk and Maria had been married 32 years.
