DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Richard by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Richard:

Peek-705 and Peek-128 appear to represent the same person because: Although these two Richard PEEKs are one and the same I do not believe that the William b. 1732 that you assign to "your" Richard and Elizabeth belongs to this family.

For starters Elizabeth would only have been 10 at his birth For seconds, the location change is rather drastic For thirds, I believe their son William is highly likely to be the William dying in Walkhampton in the 1770s
