Biography
Herbert was born in 1831 and baptised on 25th June 1831 at Christ Church Cathedral, Canterbury, Kent, England. His parents are named as John and Augusta PEEL, their abode as the precincts of the Cathedral and John's occupation as Prebendary of the Cathedral.[1]
He passed away in 1885.
