James Peeler was enumerated at Post Office Dardanelle, Galley Rock Township, Yell County, Arkansas for the June 19, United States Census, 1860. He was noted as born 1856 in Arkansas as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are male Anderson Peeler, female Asenath Peeler, male Martin Peeler, male Cornelius Peeler, female Elizabeth Peeler, female Nancy Peeler and female Rachel Peeler.[1]
