Samuel H. Pealer wed Louiza McCord August 1, 1843 in Carroll County, Tennessee.^[1]

Samuel H Peeler was enumerated at The 15 Civil District, Carroll County, Tennessee for the December 3, United States Census, 1850. He was noted as born 1817 in Georgia. He is shown to be a farmer with $260 of value in real estate as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are female Louisa Peeler, female Elizabeth Peeler, male Benjamin F Peeler and male John S Peeler.^[2]

Samuel Peeler was listed as the father of Elizabeth Chiltress who died June 19, 1919 in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. The mother was listed as Louisa Mccord.^[3]
