Biography
John was born in 1719. He is the son of William Peery and Mary Jameson. [1]
Last Will & Testament: Last Will & Testament dated March 28, 1762, proved May 18, 1762. Virginia, Augusta, Will Book 3, pp.125-126, Bond follows. Devisees and Legatees: Thomas Kirkpatrick, 10L & one-third of his estate; James Peery his brother, one-third of his estate; and Mary Peery and her children, one-third of his estate and the remaining time that James Gillman has to serve the testator. Executors: John Kirkpatrick and James Peery.
