Biography

Emma Peet was born in 1885 in New York.[1] She was the daughter of Nelson Pitre and Sarah Unknown. At age 16, she was in her parent's home in Clinton, Worchester County, Massachusetts, where her occupation was spinning for a cotton Mill.[2]

She married Joseph LaFamme (1872-1936).

she went by the name of Emma Curry in 1920, where as a widow, she was living with her mother, Sarah Peet-59, in Easthampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts.[3]She was working as a operator in the Cotton Mill.

She died in 1939 in Massachusetts. and was buried in the Saint 'Brigids Cemetery in Easthampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts.[1]
