Birth

John was born in 1856. He was the son of John Pelkey and Second Daughter Wīhą́gā.

Death

He died 17 September 1932 at 1403 Chicago Ave., Sioux City, Iowa. He had suffered from chronic nephritis (kidney disorder), then suffered a cerebral hemorrhage, and died about a fortnight later.
