Biography

Roy and Frances Pelkey built a new home in Gordonsville in 1955. They moved to New Maryland in 1982 and also sold their farm at that time.

He was the son of the late John and Winnifred (Woodcock) Pelkey. Most of his life was spent as a farmer and a blacksmith
