Biography

Born in Norfolk Naval Hospital. Spent the next 13 years as a navy brat living in Virginia, Tennessee, California, and Florida. High school in Virginia Beach. Met my husband James Taylor Ritch Jr. while attending Old Dominion College in Norfolk, Virginia. After Jim's stint in the Marine Corps we settled in North Carolina and raised two daughters. I was widowed in 2002 and continue to live in the Wilmington, NC area.

Hello Cora. I just came across this on Wikitree and saw that we are fourth cousins. My grandmother was Addie Davenport Keech. I never knew much about my Davenport kin folks except I remember Uncle Kiah and his family. I love finding family members that I’ve never met. I would love to hear from you and see what I can find out about my ancestors.
