Biography
Rita was born in 1920. She is the daughter of Pierre Pelletier and Marie Regina Amanda Paul.
The family moved to The Pas in 1926, where her father was employed by The Pas Lumber Company as well as the Town of The Pas.
Rita completed her education in The Pas, and worked at Allard's Store, Grants Meat and Foods, as well as 17 years in the purchasing department of The Pas Health Complex.
She married Bernard Cloutier in 1942 in Churchill, Manitoba. Together they raised one daughter.
Rita passed away in 2007.
