Biography
Miami was born in 1857. She was the daughter of Jacob Pence and Susan Poet. She passed away in 1911.
Miami married John Franklin Hunt on 26 Feb 1878. The 1900 US Census it is marked that Miami and John had 11 children 9 still alive. In the 1910 US Census it is marked as 9 children born and 8 living. They actually did have 11 children in total, 2 died not long after being born.

In the beginning of 1854 the members connected themselves with the American Sunday school Union and for a period of nine years it was known by the title given in the first Article of the Constitution which was adopted in this year viz This school shall be known by the name style and title of the Union Sunday school of Maytown auxiliary to the American Sunday school Union in Philadelphia and on April 24 1854 the following officers were elected to serve until Easter Monday 1855 The names of the scholars and their ages are also added THE SUNDAY SCHOOL
