Biography

Samuel P. Penn[1] was born on 16 May 1867, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to John F Penn and Sarah Elizabeth Thomas.[2]

Samuel Penn died young.

He lived only a few minutes. On 17 May, he was buried, in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, section L, lot 101.[2][1]
