John Pennington b. 22 Jul ___ d. 1859 Member of Baptist Church 30 years. Levinia Pennington, Consort of John Pennington 3 Aug 1793--17___1846. Both buried in Pennington Cemetery, 3 1/10 mile southwest of Franklin on Hwy 383. Cemetery is about 50 yards west of the road in a field owned by Duncan Akin.
Note: Levinia is probably John's 2nd wife. In 1850, John was married again a 3rd time to M. Pennington, which we assume was Mary Pennington.
