Biography

Phebe was born in 1878, the daughter of William James Gordon Pennington and Phebe Elizabeth Ridout.^[1]

She married James Coulthard Jones in 1909 at the British Consulate in Chefoo, China.^[2]

She passed away in 1964.^[3]
