Biography

Francis was born in 1818[1] in Tennessee. She was the daughter of Asa Pennington and his second wife Rachael Lane.[2]

She married John Connell in 1840 in Lawrence Co., Missouri.[3] They had 7 children.[4]

She was widowed in 1892 and spent her final years in her son Timothy's household.[5]

She passed away in 1901 and is buried at Goss Cemetery, Mount Vernon, Lawrence Co.

Pennington-6500 and Pennington-5361 appear to represent the same person because: The dates and family details match, I didn't catch it when creating Pennington-6500 because familysearch has the spelling Frances rather than Francis.

The only thing I have added with my profile is the spouse, John H Connell (which I also created based on Familysearch data). He links to a whole nice chain of people now. I also included the Familysearch profile page to get rid of the "no sources" banner.
