Biography

Oliver was born 13 November 1870 in Corry, Erie County, Pennsylvania.^[1] He was the son of Oliver Hazard Pennock Sr. and Mariah Smith.

He married Lucy Benton Vauchelet on 10 December 1901 in Alvin, Brazoria County, Texas, in a ceremony performed by J. M. Kailin, Baptist Minister.^[2]

Oliver died on 29 December 1961 in Beaumont, Texas,^[3] and he is buried there in Magnolia Cemetery.^[4]
