Biography
Daniel was born in 1787, the son of Ira Pennock and Molly Trowbridge.[1][2] He married Lucy Benjamin and migrated west to Rushford Township, New York, in Allegany County. Their children included:

Mary Pennock Babcock (1815–1893, d. Wright, Ottawa, Michigan)
Eliza Pennock Chandler (1820 –1909, d. Kalamazoo, Michigan)
Leonard W. Pennock (1824–1873,d. Allegan, Michigan)
Caroline Eliza Pennock (1827–1898, d. Allegan, Michigan)
Ira Pennock (1828–1873, d. Tecumseh, Michigan)
Asa B. Pennock (1830–1911. d. Barry, Barry, Michigan)
They lived in Rushford, New York, in Allegheny County.[3][4] His wife passed away shortly after the birth of their son, Asa, and Daniel returned to Stratford, Vermont.[5] Daniel passed away after 1840.
