Edward Eugene Penny was born on 24 Jun 1932 in Ripley, Brown County, Ohio to James Corbert Penny and Nola Mae Berry.
Ed was married to Marcella Lillian "Pat" Reeves. No children were born to this union.
Ed and Pat resided in the Georgetown, Brown County, Ohio area. They hosted a few Penny Family Reunions in the early 1980's at their home.
Ed passed away on 22 May 1995 at Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Brown County, Ohio. He was laid to rest at Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Brown County, Ohio.
