Biography

Joesph was born Nov. 25, 1871 to William Peoples and Elizabeth Montgomery. He married Luvenia Owens Sept 5, 1897, both livelong residents of Blount, Alabama Alabama,He passed away Jan 4, 1944 and was buried in the Cedar Mount Cemetery (along side his wife Lois and other relatives). A family cemetery.
