Biography
Sarah was born in 1837 and baptised 4 July 1837 at Crowland, Lincolnshire, England. She was the daughter of George Parker and Sarah Bains.[1][2]
She married William Lionel Pepper on 29 July 1861 at Crowland, Lincolnshire.[3]
In the 1871 census Sarah (age about 34) was living in Ipswich St Margaret, Suffolk, England.[4]
In the 1881 census Sarah (age about 44) was living in Harwich St Nicholas, Essex, England.[5]
The family emigrated to Canada c1885.
Sarah's husband died a few years later in early 1889 at York, Ontario.
She was recorded with her children in the 1891 census at York, Ontario.[6]
Sarah died 30 July 1905 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois.[7]
