Biography

Joseph was born in 1704[1]. He is the son of Isaac Pepper and Apphia Freeman.

On September 30, 1725, he married Rebecca Higgins, the daughter of Isaac Higgins and Lydia Collins[2], and their children included:

On October 22, 1776, in Eastham, Joseph Pepper married Abigail Higgins.[12]
