Odile married Ovide Pierre Maurice on December 13, 1903. They had 4 children: Angele Rosalie, Ovide Pierre Jr, Therese Lucrece, and Yvonne. Unfortunately, Therese died as a toddler when she pulled a pot of boiling water down on herself.
In the 1940s, Mama and Papa Maurice moved to Los Angeles with their son, Ovide, and his family. Mama Odile helped raise grandchildren and great-grandchildren from the day they came home from the hospital. She combed hair, cooked, changed diapers, etc., etc..
Mama and Papa lived with Ovide Jr until they each passed away.
Odile Marie Peralt Maurice ... She passed away in 1979, on March 29th.
